Individual / Joint Account Holder

• Three copy recent Passport size photographs of each Accountholder. (The Accountholder must sign on the back side of the Photograph)

• Photograph of Nominee(s) duly attested by the Accountholder.

• Photograph of authorized person(s) duly attested by the Accountholder (If any).

• Custodian Service.

• Photocopy of Bank statement/ Bank certificate/Cheque Book/ATM statement of the Accountholder.

• Photocopy of National ID Card (Must) or Bank Certificate containing Name of Applicant, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Address and Bank A/C Number.

• Photocopy of valid Passport (Page 1 to 5) (If Accountholder have no National ID Card).

Non-Resident Bangladeshis (Individual or Joint Account Holder)

• Two copy recent Passport size photographs of each Accountholder. (The Accountholder must sign on the back side of the Photograph)

• Foreign Currencies Bank Account Statement.

• Photocopy of valid Passport (Page 1 to 5).

• Service agreement with the employer / work permit / valid work visa.

• Salary Statement.

• Passport size photograph of authorized person(s) duly attested by the Accountholder.
